About Sundbornsgården

Sundborn is the village close to Falun that is probably most known for the Carl Larson House, but there is more! Sundborn's old Priest Vicarage or Sundbornsgården is also situated in Sundborn.

Sundbornsgården was built in 1766 and up to the 1960’ it served as the vicarage for the vicar of Sundborn. 1960 the vicar moved to the new vicarage close to the Sundborn Church and the house was remodelled to house confirmation camps. Since then confirmation camps have been held every year and the house is booked almost every weekend.

Sundbornsgården offers simple lodging for up to 50 people with a shower in a separate house. When renovating, they have tried to preserve the environment of the old Vicarage.

Organiser

Anna Friberg, also known as Yarnesty, organises this knitting camp through her small creative business Knitway. The company is registered for tax and VAT.
